StreamPay is sold as a one-time purchase of Rs. 1000 — no subscriptions, no 15% cut, and no hidden charges. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.
1. Eligible for a Refund
You're eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
- You were charged but never received your license or access to the app.
- The app fails to detect alerts from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or NayaPay due to a verified bug on our end, and our support team can't get it working for you.
- You were double-charged for the same purchase.
- You request a refund within 3 days of purchase and have not yet activated the app.
2. Not Eligible for a Refund
- You've been actively using the app to receive alerts on stream.
- The issue is caused by something outside our control — for example JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or NayaPay changing their notification format, or StreamElements being down.
- You simply changed your mind after the app was set up and working correctly.
- The account was found to violate our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket on our Discord server with your order details (proof of payment and the account/number used). Our team will review the request and get back to you.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or NayaPay account within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Because StreamPay charges a single one-time fee with no recurring billing, there's nothing to "cancel" — a completed refund simply reverses that one payment and deactivates your license.
