StreamPay is a digital product — there's no physical item to ship. This page explains how the app and your license are delivered, and what to expect from the service once you're set up.
1. Digital Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive the StreamPay Android app (APK) along with your license/activation details through our Discord server. There is nothing to ship and no courier or delivery address is required.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Access is typically granted within a few minutes of payment confirmation, and almost always within 24 hours. If it's been longer than that, reach out to us on Discord and we'll sort it out.
3. Setup & Onboarding
- Install the app and grant notification access for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and NayaPay.
- Connect your StreamElements account.
- Send a test transaction to confirm alerts are showing up correctly on stream.
Our team is available on Discord to walk you through setup if you get stuck.
4. Service Availability
We work to keep StreamPay running reliably, but the app depends on notification formats from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and NayaPay, and on the uptime of StreamElements — none of which we control. If one of these providers changes something on their end, alerts may be interrupted until we ship a fix. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do commit to fixing verified breakages as quickly as possible.
5. Updates & Maintenance
App updates (bug fixes, compatibility fixes for payment app changes, new features) are provided at no extra cost as part of your one-time purchase. We'll announce updates on Discord.
6. Support
All support is handled through our Discord server — this is the fastest way to reach the team for setup help, bug reports, or general questions.
