These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamPay Android application and related services (the "Service"), provided by StreamPay. By purchasing, installing, or using StreamPay, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
StreamPay is an Android application that monitors notifications from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and NayaPay and forwards matching transaction alerts to a connected StreamElements account so they can be displayed as donation-style alerts during a live stream.
2. License to Use
Upon payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StreamPay on your own devices for your own streaming activities. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your license.
3. Payment & Pricing
- StreamPay is sold as a one-time fee of Rs. 1000.
- There are no recurring charges, no 15% cut on your donations, and no other hidden fees.
- Pricing may change for future purchases, but will never retroactively affect a license you've already paid for.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You're responsible for keeping your StreamElements credentials secure.
- You agree not to use StreamPay to generate fake, fraudulent, or manipulated donation alerts.
- You agree to use the app in compliance with the terms of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, and StreamElements.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what's permitted by law.
5. Third-Party Services
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, and StreamElements are independent third-party services and are not affiliated with or operated by StreamPay. We integrate with their publicly available notifications and APIs, but we don't control their availability, pricing, or terms, and we're not responsible for changes they make that affect StreamPay's functionality.
6. Intellectual Property
The StreamPay name, logo, and app are the property of StreamPay. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
StreamPay is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that every transaction notification will be detected or forwarded without delay or error. To the extent permitted by law, StreamPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed or delayed donation alerts.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts found to be violating these Terms, including fraudulent use or abuse of the app. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as StreamPay evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
